Blessing of the Pets

For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills.
I know all the birds of the hills, and all that moves in the field is mine.

Saint Francis of Assisi is the Patron Saint of Animals. Each year, on or around the Feast of Saint Francis we have The Blessing of the Pets at Immanuel Anglican Church. Bring your beloved pets, be it a turtle, a chicken, a lizard, a cat or dog and our pastor will bless them all. There will be snacks, water and blessings for our guests and their people. Hope to see you there.
